2. Cleanup Plans

   2. Cub scouts coming, Boy Scouts will not

   4. Amy will check in with Evan to see who can set up/get key
   5. John will contact Erica to inform her
   6. There are bags, pokers, gloves in the barn
3. Reminder: November meeting date the second Wednesday, Nov 11th
4. Holiday Party
   1. We will wait till the next meeting to discuss it
   2. Location: Waban Library Centter
   3. Tentative date: January 5 (we have the library already), but possibly December 9, but it would be nice to do it in December. Rena will check with Colleen N on availability for the space
   4. Catering: We will check in with Chris to check for his availability.

5. Matters Arising
   1. Rena is going to check on getting the sidewalks cleared on Ellis St during the winter
   2. Stone Building – would be good to have additional keys so board members can check on it and to open it for events. Hard to get it duplicated. John will check in with Erica.
   3. Boy Scout troop becoming a family troop so girls can join! There will be more paperwork to be signed. Paul will take care of it. Now called “Scouting USA”
      1. Potential project: deal with erosion on the steps
      2. Potential project: Picnic location in the back of the barn was lovely. Quiet and flat. Maybe the Scouts could create an event space there. Include a ramp, ADA accessible space
   4. John spoke to Greg Schwartz about the state of the stone barn. He will send a reminder email.
   5. Vaunita memorial
      1. may be hard to put a plaque on the stone barn.
      2. Plaque on a post? A bench? Name the new picnic area after her. “The Vaunita Schnell Glen”
      3. Use Lara Preble’s bench design. John will find those in his email archives. He will work with Erica to get that done.
      4. Paul can get funding from the scout troop
   6. John has to start composing our annual letter/report. We will review at the next meeting.
