    • We can have the lunch at the stone building. Construction lock is gone
    • Are the scouts coming?
      • Scout troop can’t make it but cub scout pack can.
    • Do we want to include the QB trail as an option?
      • We sometimes mention it if we have a lot of volunteers
  3. Scout projects news
    • Any Eagle Scout projects?
      • Suggestion from Paul – concentration should be on QB trail.
        • Paul can facilitate a conversation between Friends of QB trail and scouts. Rena would know whom to contact. Would be nice to get a blanket approval to get the scouts to work on the trails. Contact Sumukh Tendulkar ([email protected]).
        • Maybe build a more robust trail bt the stone building and the pond
        • A Scout recently reached out to Jerry Riley about work on the Quinobequin Trail. John does not have any recent followup. Maybe Paul can reach out to Jerry.
  4. Stone building news
    • Summer outside construction finished.
      1. Water inside on the floor
        • Could this be due to the new roof?
        • do we need to disconnect electricity?
      2. The bulging foundation is still bulging
        • Evan says that’s not necessarily structurally bad.
      3. Wood meant for new partial second floor gone; no floor

    • Thanks to Karen Osborn for getting us invited and sponsoring our table
  6. Current plan for our December holiday party/meeting/elections is to hold it at Karen’s home on Beacon Hill in Boston. December 9.
    • Probably the second Tuesday in December, so save the date
    • Karen will arrange transportation to facilitate attending
      • Party bus?
    • There will be an email chain
    • Amy & Ben will put it on the website.
    • Should we vote at the party?
    • Backup: Waban library?
  7. Website status news, if any
    • Constant contact coming.
    • Website is fast! Getting pretty good traffic.
    • Ben fixed a bunch of broken pages. QR code page working too. >1% broken links.
    • Ben to create a visitors experience.
