Copies of the Engineering Drawings for the stairs that lead from Ellis
Street to Echo Bridge. The drawings were completed in 1900 and copies were sent
to the Friends by Lee Fisher. Lee remarked that "The granite retaining wall along
Ellis Street was also built at this time. 120 years ago plans like this would be
sufficient to put the project out to bid and have it built in a matter of
months. Today?"
