DESCRIPTION:We recognize that it is Election Day and some dedicated members
  of the Friends will be unable to attend as they are poll workers or up fo
 r election. Kudos to them!\n\nAgenda/Discussion Items\n\n 	Treasury report
 \n 	Report on our very successful fall cleanup\n\n 	Thanks to everyone who
  came\, with a special shout-out to the many Cub Scouts who helped!\n 	Tak

 2023-fall-cleanup/\n\n\n\n\n 	Plans for the December Holiday Party/Busines
 s Meeting. The Party will be on our regular meeting date\, Tuesday Decembe
 r 5.\n 	If you would like to attend this always-festive event and vote for
  the Board and Officers for 2024\, either let us know at the November meet
 ing or email us. We need to know how many to plan for.Discussion: Should w
 e move our meetings to first or second Wednesdays or Thursdays to avoid co
 llisions with holidays\, some city hall business meetings\, and election d
 ays (like this one)?\n 	History of our current meeting day. Pros/cons of c
 hanging the day in 2024. If this is important to you\, please attend this

 scussion: Should we advertise our meetings on Fig City News (or other plac
 es)? If so\, should we have a Zoom "Waiting Room" to keep us from getting 
 "Zoom-Bombed"? Even if it is a little inconvenient for regular attendees?\
 n 	Discussion: Should we buy (for maybe $200) a Friends of Hemlock Gorge b
 anner on a pole that we can put up at cleanups and other events where we d
 on't have the person-power to set up our pop-up shelter? This was the case

 n? Maybe base it on our old logo?\n 	Update on Stone Building restoration/
 renovation\n 	Update on the huge renovation and improvement to our website
