The Friends’ Annual Spring Cleanup of the park will take place on Saturday, April 27.

Parking is available at Hamilton Place on the Needham side, the Mills Falls parking lot, and at the Hemlock Gorge parking lot at the intersection of Ellis St. and Rte. 9. More details about getting to Hemlock Gorge can be found on the maps and directions page.

Volunteers should meet at Hamilton Place at 9:30 to 10:00 a.m. We will provide gloves, trash bags, and pick-up sticks. Dress appropriately for walking off the trails and the weather.

We will provide a pizza lunch starting at 11:45am with drinks, picnic tables and chairs for volunteers at the Stone Building. Let us know when you sign in if you would like lunch.

The DCR will collect the trash bags the following week.
